MBA with Human Resource Management Emphasis

The Flex MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management is designed to prepare students for successful careers in the field of human resource management. The emphasis-specific curriculum has been designed to adhere to educational guidelines set forth by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the premier professional association for the human resource field. This is a 45-credit hour program consisting of the following:
